Helios AI Services ("we," "us") operates the website at heliosaiservices.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how people use this site. Vercel collects anonymous, aggregated data including page views, referrer URLs, approximate geolocation (city-level), and device/browser type. When you submit the contact form, you provide your name, email address, an optional company name, and your message. This information is sent directly to us via email (Gmail SMTP). We do not store contact form submissions in a database.
This site does not set any cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free, and we have no other tracking mechanisms that require cookies.
Analytics data is retained by Vercel according to their data retention policies. Contact form emails are retained in our inbox and deleted when no longer needed for follow-up.
You can contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you (such as emails from the contact form). We'll respond promptly.
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top. For significant changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify visitors.
